My mother has these wonderful Valentines that she has saved since she was a young girl in the 1920's. I set them out on her "knick-knack" shelf in her room at the assisted living facility, so all the workers and visitors could enjoy them. These are about a third of all that she has saved.
The little girl and boy in the back have feet that "walk"
Five that stand pretty much on their own - aren't the faces wonderful!
This little ones arm moves and causes her eyes to follow... The tipsy pink card is tissue that folds closed.
More memories. Needless to say my mother kept these away from us 3 kids while growing up or they wouldn't be in tact!
Happy Valentines Day!
