My friend Sue's son, Aaron has turned the corner! After 6 weeks of his body fighting off the effects of the Stevens Johnsons syndrome he is finally able to sit up and TALK and yesterday had his first solid food. This allowed them to remove the feeding tube! Sue and her family are so grateful for your prayers. This photo of Aaron and his daughter Riley was taken last Aug at his brother Kyle's wedding. Yesterday he was able to call his kids and talk to them for the first time. What a thrill that must have been! I am sure he is ready to say good-bye to his wonderful caretakers at Detroit Receiving Hosp. and get home to his family!!! Let's pray it's soon!Wednesday, February 20, 2008
Aaron's recovery
My friend Sue's son, Aaron has turned the corner! Ah, thank you Sheryl. I just wanted to stop by and personally let you know that the Doctor said that he will be able to go home on Friday!!!! Your faithful prayers have meant so much to Aaron's recovery that I wanted you to be one of the first to get the good news.
